A Note from Isaac:
Hey, it's Isaac and I'll I be judging the battle of the bands at the Spare Parts competition again this year.   There will be some intense competition this year so get your name on the list and audition soon.  Good luck to the bands and we'll see you at Spare Parts. Judges include Ryan Tedder “One Republic” and a rep from Sony Records.

The grand prize is 3 days in Candyland Studios, with an engineer provided. The winning artist will have two or three songs, selected by the judges, to record, and Isaac will help arrange the songs on day 1. Tracks will be board mixed and unmastered, and the winning band gets to keep the files.

Auditions are Tuesday and Thursday nights, June 8 through July 20, at Wahoo’s Fish Taco, 9617 E. County Line Road, Englewood, CO 80112.

Finals: July 31, Denver Skate Park: The skate competition, sponsored by TS Colorado Board Shops, will be held from 1-3. Photography, Video and Graffiti exhibits 1-6, Bands play for fan favorite 2-6pm.

Top Five Band Finals: August 1, 2010, Ogden Theater. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
