In news that shouldn't surprise, The Fray have sold out their forthcoming Enmore Theatre performance. With special guest Secondhand Serenade, it's even less of a shock that tickets were snapped up in under a day. Due to overwhelming demand The Fray have moved their highly anticipated show to the Hordern Pavilion. The show will remain on Tuesday 24 March.
If you missed out on tickets, this is your last chance to see one of this year's most in demand tours when it hits Sydney in March. The further release of tickets will go on sale at 9am Friday 20 February through Ticketek.
Tickets for the Enmore Theatre show will be valid for entry at the Hordern Pavilion. Existing ticket holders need not exchange their tickets. The Hordern Pavilion is a general admission seating and standing venue.
This news comes as The Fray cement their standing in Australia. The Fray (out now through Sony) this week debuted at #3 on the ARIA album chart, and monster single 'You Found Me' holding strong at #1 on the singles chart, The Fray have established themselves as one of 2009's must-see artists. With the added support of US hit maker Secondhand Serenade, there's no doubt the further allocation of tickets will sell out in little time.
